Our People
I’m a research assistant at NICRE and a PhD researcher at Â鶹´«Ã½ in the School of Natural Environmental Sciences. My research interests are centered on food, hospitality, sustainability, and consumer marketing. My PhD research explores food waste practices in restaurants in England, using Â鶹´«Ã½ as a case study location. In my role at NICRE, I am leveraging my background in marketing, communications, and operations to support the knowledge exchange and dissemination of findings and best practice from the plethora of NICRE innovation projects. In doing so, I combine theory and practice to catalyse new ways of thinking and support the development of new products, services, and practices that provide tangible benefits to rural businesses and communities.
