Background
As a Digital Content Editor, I update and develop the following websites in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HaSS):
- School of Education, Communication and Language Sciences (ECLS)
- School of English Literature, Language and Linguistics (SELLL)
- School of Modern Languages (SML)
- Â鶹´«Ã½ Law School (Law)
- HaSS Faculty
Experience
I started my career at Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2012. Over the next 10 years I worked in a few different areas including:
- student services
- widening participation
- internal communications
In 2022 I joined the Civil Service where I developed my knowledge of user research. I love working on ways to improve the user experience for all users of digital services.
I couldn’t stay away for long and came back to the University in July 2024, joining the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
