Staff Profile
I am currently the Strategic Change Lead and Operations Business Partner within the Leadership and Management team for the Faculty of Medical Sciences. I am also Institute Operations Manager for the Population Health Sciences Institute.
I oversee the operations within the Institute as well as leading on the strategic direction with the executive. I also oversee the professional support service in order to meet the strategic and operational objectives of the operations within FMS as well as operations within the Â鶹´«Ã½ Clinical Research Facility (NCRF) and the John Walton Muscular Dystrophy Centre. I also have a number of Faculty based projects that I lead on. I work very closely with our central service colleagues in managing all elements of the finance, HR and communications.
Previous Roles
My first role at Â鶹´«Ã½ was as a HR Assistant back in 2014. Since then, I have held a number of roles across the University including HR Assistant, Office Manager and Team Leader, Deputy Operations Manager and Operations Manager.
