Research
I am a research associate working in the Coffey lab as part of the urology collaborative research group, located within the Biosciences Institute and the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Cancer Centre. My postdoctoral research is focussed on characterising kinase signalling pathways and how these can be therapeutically targeted to provide new therapies for prostate cancer patients.
Research Interests:
- Kinase signalling activity in prostate cancer
- Design and optimisation of antibody panels for imaging mass cytometry
- Optimisation of ex vivo prostate tissue slice culture (in collaboration with Dr Stuart McCracken)
