Hannah Murray
Patient and Public Inv & Engage Manager
Hannah is part of the NIHR/NHSBT Blood and Transplant Research Unit (BTRU) in Organ Donation and Transplantation which is a collaborative research unit between Cambridge and Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Universities.
Hannah works closely with the BTRU's external stakeholders to develop productive research engagement activities. A key aspect of this role is to identify, coordinate and facilitate opportunities for generating research with patient and public involvement for mutual benefit and to make a positive change in society. Hannah is also responsible for building capacity and expertise in public and patient involvement and engagement (PPI/E) across the BTRU and individual research themes.
Hannah has worked at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ since 2014. Her previous roles have included Clerical Assistant within FMS Research and Enterprise, International Liaison and Communications Assistant for the EU-funded Project RD-ACTION and Communications Coordinator for the rare neuromuscular diseases network, TREAT-NMD at the John Walton Muscular Dystrophy Research Centre.

Working Pattern
The role is 3 days per week. Working days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
