Introduction

Catherine is the first point of contact for all enquiries regarding the work of roleplaynorth. She provides administrative support to the team. Gathering full information from the customer, providing information or estimates as required, or seeking relevant information and responding in an appropriate manner, to handle all enquiries professionally, efficiently and effectively and promote positive information about the use of role-play.

To assist in assigning role-players to jobs according to required skills/ abilities/ characteristics so that the customer receives role-player(s) to fulfil the role.

To confirm arrangements with role-players and customers to ensure that all those involved receive the required information in order to complete the job.

To maintain accurate and up to date information on role­players, customers and event bookings.

To check all fees and expenses generated by roleplayers and process claims for payment. To process invoicing to the customer after events have taken place.
