Businesses to talk to the global business leaders of tomorrow Published on: 22 October 2018 Businesses hoping to attract top graduates will be taking part in a week of activities at Â鶹´«Ã½ Business School to help students stand out in the global graduate employment market. Careers insight Employers including KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, P&G, Sage, HSBC, Nike, and Siemens will be participating in Employability Week at Â鶹´«Ã½ Business School between Monday 29 October - Friday 2 November. They will talk to students about future and global trends in fields such as business management, accounting, marketing and operations. Students will also have the opportunity to learn about rethinking leadership in the digital age and a team challenge event led by the CBI will introduce them to the key concepts of cross cultural leadership. There will also be recruitment sessions for students covering topics such as how your digital footprint can help or hinder employment prospects, building business confidence and how to succeed in online or video interviews. Employability Week will culminate in the Future of Work challenge, when students will build on what they’ve learned during the week and work in groups to find solutions to some of the real challenges facing businesses. In the QS World University Rankings 2019, a global survey of over 200,000 businesses placed Â鶹´«Ã½ 119th out of 1,011 institutions for graduating the best students.
