New online Masters course in Mediation and Dispute Resolution Published on: 22 March 2022 Â鶹´«Ã½ Law School has launched a new online Master in Laws (LL.M.) degree programme in Mediation and International Commercial Dispute Resolution. Working with online education provider Mediator Academy to deliver the programme, the new skills-based course has been designed to meet the demands for quality, specialised education in international commercial dispute resolution. This is an area which is seeing exponential growth internationally. Mediator Academy has a strong track record in working with universities to design and deliver in-demand skills-based postgraduate and professional education. The new programme at Â鶹´«Ã½ blends theory and practice and features a global faculty of expert academics and practitioners working at the cutting edge of dispute resolution. Students can participate in this interactive programme, online from anywhere in the world, learning through a combination of flexible self-directed and live group sessions. The course will also give them an opportunity to undertake specialised postgraduate education, specific to their career aspirations and professional goals.
