Navigating Change: 3-part CPD workshop
As part of this year's NCL in Action programme, Dr Lucy Hatt from Â鶹´«Ã½ Business School led a 3-part CPD workshop on leading confidently through change. Participants explored human-centred responses to change, resilience through innovation, and career planning in a rapidly evolving world.
The interactive workshops shared key concepts and reflective practices aligned with the #nclMBA, equipping participants with practical strategies to navigate complexity and embrace opportunities in their personal and professional life.

Workshop 1: From resistance to reframing – How we understand and respond to change
