Important information about this accommodation
This specific building is available for one semester only. The building is due to be sold, but as the sale will not complete until after January 2027, it is fully available for semester only stays. The building will remain completely managed and supported by the University throughout your tenancy.
As preparations for the future sale take place, residents may occasionally see visitors in the building, such as surveyors or contractors. There may also be times when we need access to rooms. If this is necessary, we will always give advance notice in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement.
To recognise any potential inconvenience, a discounted accommodation rate has been applied.
