Rooms and prices

We have a limited number of rooms available through our partner, INTO Â鶹´«Ã½, at Joseph Cowen Halls. Our 48 Silver Rooms feature a two-bedroom layout, with both rooms sharing access to a compact kitchen and bathroom. These rooms are reserved for our one-semester students, who will be sharing the same building as students studying on INTO courses.

The self-catered student residences at Joseph Cowen Halls are perfectly situated in the centre of Â鶹´«Ã½, just a one-minute walk away from the INTO Centre and 2 minutes' walk away from the Student's Union. 

There's a sociable, community environment in the residences, with comfortable shared communal spaces to enjoy with friends. Here you can relax and focus on your studies knowing you're in a safe and secure environment. 

Fees for the academic year 2026/2027 are as follows. 

Room Type: Silver rooms; a private room with personal space and a shared bathroom.

Semester 1: 13 September 2026 to 3 January 2027

Weekly Rate: £155.00

Semester Rate: £2,480.00

Contract Length: Fixed term period of 16 weeks and covers the duration of the first semester. Rents are charged per night. If your contract differs to the fixed term period (ie earlier arrival), you will incur additional accommodation charges.

Semester 2: 20 January 2027 to 26 June 2027

Weekly Rate: £155.00

Semester Rate: £3,410.00

Contract Length: Fixed term period of 22 weeks and covers the duration of the first semester. Rents are charged per night. If your contract differs to the fixed term period (ie earlier arrival), you will incur additional accommodation charges.
