 _{To be an effective member of the NJRO G&C team providing comprehensive clerical support within the NJRO, and delivering a prompt and efficient service to the academic community in securing research income.}

• Ensure timely submission of electronic grant funding applications.

• Ensuring MyProjects is updated with correct core data.

• Update MyImpact with correct information provided by academics.

• Support the acceptance of awards from external/Internal research funders.

• Support the distribution and return of collaborative and site agreement documentation.

• Provide prompt and accurate information to our finance teams for variations to RES accounts.

• Coordinate the gathering of comments from collaborators and inform the Grants & Contracts Managers for review.

• Provide clerical support to the Grants & Contracts Team and the NJRO .
